Bryn is the head of fixed income for Rathbones and is lead manager on a number of fixed income funds for Rathbones Asset Management Limited. He joined Rathbones in November 2004 from Merrill Lynch, where he managed $2 billion of fixed income assets. Bryn is a member of the Rathbone Strategic Asset Allocation Committee, non-executive chairman of Rathbones' Fixed Income Committee, and an adviser to the Rathbone Banking Committee. He is a WMA representative for the HMT DMO’s (His Majesty’s Treasury - Debt Management Office) Gilt market consultation process. Bryn appears regularly on CNBC and Bloomberg TV. He also sits on the IA Fixed Income Committee. Bryn graduated from Birmingham University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography in 1995 Bryn is a member of the Rathbone Strategic Asset Allocation Committee, non-executive chairman of Rathbones' Fixed Income Committee, and an adviser to the Rathbone Banking Committee. He contributes to developing new products and client solutions and managing business issues such as capacity, fees, and guidelines. He also meets with clients, prospects, and consultants to communicate our investment philosophy, strategy, positioning, and performance.

Hugh Grieves joined Premier Miton in January 2013. Prior to this, he worked for Herald Investment where he was responsible for managing the Herald Worldwide Fund. From 2000-2008 he co-managed the technology funds at Societe Generale Asset Management Ltd and solely managed the funds from 2008-2009. Prior to that, Hugh worked in the US smaller companies team at Gartmore. Hugh is a CFA Charterholder.

Donald joined Trium Capital as Co-CEO in 2017. He took on the role of Head of Multi-Strategy in October 2024, having been on the Multi-Strategy Investment Committee for several years prior to this. He began his career at Goldman Sachs in 1987 in Fixed Income. In 2000, he started to focus on Hedge Funds in Prime Brokerage at Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch, where he was Managing Director of Prime Brokerage in EMEA until 2008, when he moved to become Head of Hedge Funds at New Star Asset Management and Henderson Global Investors, His responsibilities included being Co-Portfolio Manager of two Multi-Strategy Hedge Funds. In 2010, Donald moved to TT International as Investment Director before joining Old Mutual Global Investors in 2012 as Managing Director of Alternatives, where he was a member of the Quarterly Investment Committee and the Style Premia Investment Committee. Donald read Philosophy, Politics & Economics at The Queen’s College, Oxford, where he received an MA. He is a CFA Charterholder and holds the CFA Certificate in ESG Investing.
