Each fund manager will speak on a different sector, giving attendees a well-rounded insight into the market as a whole. The event also features a main stage, macro update from Hugh Gimber, Global Market Strategist at J.P.Morgan Asset Management and an after dinner keynote from movie legend, Brian Blessed OBE.

Whilst at Schroders he was a senior portfolio manager managing the Institutional Specialist Value Funds, the Schroder Income Fund and Income Maximiser Fund together with Nick.

Louis co-leads the management of the US Equity strategy and contributes strongly to idea generation, researching US companies across a broad range of sectors. Prior to joining Comgest, he was an Equity Analyst covering telecoms and media stocks at Arete Research in London for five years. Louis previously worked from 2011 as a Small Cap Equity Analyst at Financière de l’Echiquier and began his career in 2009 as a management consultant at Oliver Wyman in Paris.

Giuseppe Corona is the Head of Listed Real Assets at HSBC Asset Management, based in the London office. He joined the financial industry in 1999 and began portfolio management in 2008. Prior to joining HSBC, Mr Corona spent ten years in AMP Capital’s Global Listed Infrastructure Team where he was appointed Head of Global Listed Infrastructure in 2016. He has also spent time with Exane-BNP Paribas, Swan, and Bear Stearns.

Jessica Kaur is a Portfolio Manager in the Global Equity team. Working alongside Steve Magill and Phil Haigh, Jessica is responsible for the Global, Europe and UK Value strategies. Prior to joining UBS-AM, Jessica worked as a partner and research analyst of a UK listed investment trust where she was responsible for investing in energy efficiency. Jessica started her career working as a research analyst at Goldman Sachs and then at UBS, specializing in UK and European small and mid cap stocks. In this role, she built experience across a wide range of industries and sectors. Jessica is member of the CFA Institute.

Alex holds a BA from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London. A lover of all things Japanese he is based in Tokyo and is fluent in Japanese.

John leads the Global Equity and US Multi-Asset Solutions team. He joined the Global Equity team in 2017 and became a Portfolio Manager on global equity strategies in 2019. He formerly was the Head of Global Fundamental Research, Head of US Equity Research, an Equity Analyst, and has been a member of the US Equity staff since 2002.

Accommodation for delegates is provided for the night of Thursday, ensuring a comfortable stay during the event. For those traveling from farther distances, we are also offering the option to stay on Wednesday night to allow for a more relaxed arrival. Please let us know if you would like to take advantage of this additional night’s stay, and we will be happy to arrange it for you.
Is there any transport to the event included?
The venue is easily accessible from both Virginia Water and Ascot railway stations, with convenient shuttle services available for delegates.
