Cosmo is responsible for the coordination of the firm’s marketing and investor relations activities, alongside market and sector research for use in investor communications. Prior to joining Baker Steel he worked as a Research Analyst at Independent Strategy Limited, a London-based consultancy focused on macroeconomic and financial markets research. Cosmo holds the Investment Management Certificate (IMC), a BA in Economics, Politics and Philosophy from the University of Exeter and an MSc in European Political Economy from the London School of Economics.

Will joined Gravis in 2017, having spent 12 years working as an equity analyst and portfolio manager within the private client wealth management industry. Will has significant experience investing in global capital markets and he maintains a specialist focus on the listed infrastructure and real asset sectors. Will graduated with a degree in Mathematics from the University of Exeter. He has passed all three levels of the CFA Program and was awarded the CFA charter in 2009.

Thornburg
Miguel Oleaga is portfolio manager for Thornburg Investment Management. He joined the firm in 2014 as an equity research analyst, was promoted to associate portfolio manager in 2017, and was named portfolio manager in 2018. Miguel holds a BS in business administration (finance and management specialties) from the University of Massachusetts. Prior to his joining Thornburg, Miguel worked at Putnam Investments, conducting equity analysis supporting growth, value, and dividend-focused mandates. He held a series of positions of increasing responsibility at Putnam beginning in 2004.
